All JACQUARD products are fully handmade with hand-picked quality materials. Warranty Disclaimer Please, bear in mind that each JACQAURD artifact is one of a kind. No two exact artifacts are ever created. Consequently, if you happen to order one of our artifacts, we save the right to refuse the order if another person has already purchased the product, and we’ve missed to acknowledge this in our website. As every artifact is unique, the designer does not create different sizes from the same artifact. You need to check the size, before you place an order. In case there is missing information regarding some of our artifacts, you are held responsible to contact us, via e-mail and ask all questions that refer to the artifact of your interest. We’re not held responsible for any kind of information omission on our website. - Product maintenance: Pease, make sure that you are maintaining your Jacquard in the best possible way. In order to do so, you need to follow one important rule: do not machine wash any of the clothes,bags or accessories. You’ll need to carefully hand wash your Jacquard, when needed, without trimming with temperature no higher than 30°C. In addition, we recommend that you keep your Jacquard in its special box or fabric bag when you don’t wear it. For further information regarding the Jacquard of your choosing, please read the description adjacent to it. Orders We’re not responsible for any orders that were not placed properly or contain errors or any type of inaccurate information. In case the mailing address, or any other required information you’ve provided is not accurate, you hold the full responsibility of any delay of your order. In addition, you are exclusively responsible for inaccurate information (of any type), due to which, you failed to receive your order. In case this happens, you need to notify us immediately and (ONLY) in case the order has been returned to us, we’ll send it to the new provided (accurate) name, address, etc. on your expenses!
